- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tub of cool whip (8 oz)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix cool whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Spread the cool whip mixture over the cooled cake.
- Top with fresh fruits if desired.
