Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Add the fruit filling on top of the Cool Whip layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any fruit filling you prefer, such as strawberries, blueberries, or cherry.
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
