- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- While the steaks are grilling, boil a pot of water.
- Add the crab legs to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic.
- Remove crab legs and steaks from heat.
- Drizzle garlic butter over the steaks and crab legs.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
