- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place crab legs on the griddle.
- Brush the crab legs with the butter mixture.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with additional lemon wedges.
- Crab legs can be thawed overnight for best results.
