- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar.
- Add flour, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, cranberries, and orange zest. Mix until combined.
- Shape dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with orange marmalade.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
