Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup fruit topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Fold in the Cool Whip gently.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Top with fruit topping if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
