Delicious dessert made with cream cheese and Cool Whip.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup fruit topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Top with fruit topping if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any fruit topping you prefer.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese.
