Description

A quick and easy dessert made with cream cheese and cool whip.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup fruit topping (such as strawberries or blueberries)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Fold in cool whip until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  5. Press graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a serving dish.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  7. Top with fruit topping.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
