Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering half.
- Return to baking sheet and chill until chocolate sets.
