- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup dairy-free butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, dairy-free butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
