Ingredients

  • 2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, dairy-free butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
