- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and coconut oil until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Return the dipped balls to the baking sheet and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
