Ingredients

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix almond milk, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Add nuts and dried fruit, mixing gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
