Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add coconut oil, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts and dried fruit.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts and fruits.
- Check the consistency before baking; it should be thick but pourable.
