Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until combined.
- Stir in chopped nuts.
- Press mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond butter with peanut butter.
- Add dried fruits for extra flavor.
