A simple and healthy recipe for tofu during the Daniel Fast.
Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add tofu cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated tofu.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli to the pan.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use extra firm tofu for the best texture.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
- This dish can be served over brown rice or quinoa.
