Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and olive oil to the mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat tortilla.
- Cook tortillas on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftover tortillas in an airtight container.
- These tortillas can be used for wraps or as a side.
