- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the meat from the crab legs and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Dip the crab meat into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the coated crab meat into the hot oil.
- Fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
