Ingredients

- 2 pounds crab legs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with buttermilk.
- Dip each crab leg in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Carefully place coated crab legs in the hot oil.
- Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate crab legs in spices for an hour before frying.
- Adjust frying time based on the size of crab legs.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added taste.
