Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet in the shape of lobster tails.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the cream by whisking heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fill the baked pastry with the cream.
- Serve and enjoy.
