- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
