Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, leaving a small portion uncovered.
- Return the dipped balls to the baking sheet and let them set.

- Adjust the size of the balls according to your preference.
- You can use milk chocolate instead of semisweet if desired.
