A collection of simple desserts made with Cool Whip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Cool Whip and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, prepare chocolate pudding according to package instructions.
- In a dessert dish, layer crushed graham crackers, followed by peanut butter mixture, and then chocolate pudding.
- Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any flavor of pudding for variety.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
