A simple recipe for making peppermint bark at home.
Ingredients

- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 12 oz dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spread melted dark chocolate on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl.
- Pour melted white chocolate over the set dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top before the white chocolate sets.
- Chill until fully set, about 1 hour.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use a double boiler for melting chocolate if preferred.
- Adjust the amount of peppermint for stronger flavor.
