Instructions
- Cook bucatini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add lobster meat and cooked bucatini to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley before serving.
