Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, buttermilk, and parsley.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
