Instructions
- Start by boiling the crab legs for about 5 minutes.
- Let them cool, then crack the shells open.
- In one bowl, beat the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each crab leg in flour, then egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the crab legs until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
