  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip crab legs in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry crab legs in hot oil until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
