- 2 pounds king crab legs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dredge the crab legs in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the coated crab legs in the hot oil.
- Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
