Ingredients

- 2 pounds king crab legs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add king crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove crab legs and let them cool.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan.
- Fry crab legs for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with garlic butter sauce.
