Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
  7. Shape dough into balls, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
