- 2 lbs frozen snow crab legs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Mix well and remove from heat.
- Place the frozen crab legs on a baking sheet.
- Brush the crab legs with the garlic butter mixture.
- Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes for a golden finish.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
