  4. In another bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar.

  7. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
