Ingredients

  • 1 cup nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, spices, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine honey and coconut oil. Heat until melted.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Add dried fruit after baking and let cool.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
