A flavorful granola infused with gingerbread spices.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, spices, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and coconut oil. Heat until melted.
- Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Add dried fruit after baking and let cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Experiment with different nuts and dried fruits.
- Can be served with yogurt or milk.
