Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add salt to the boiling water.
  3. Carefully add the live lobster to the pot.
  4. Boil for 8-10 minutes until the lobster turns bright red.
  5. Remove the lobster and place it in an ice bath to stop the cooking.
  6. Once cooled, crack the shell and remove the meat.
  7. Melt butter in a pan and add lemon juice.
  8. Add the lobster meat and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve on a decorative plate.
