Ingredients

- 1 live lobster
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add salt to the boiling water.
- Carefully add the live lobster to the pot.
- Boil for 8-10 minutes until the lobster turns bright red.
- Remove the lobster and place it in an ice bath to stop the cooking.
- Once cooled, crack the shell and remove the meat.
- Melt butter in a pan and add lemon juice.
- Add the lobster meat and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve on a decorative plate.
