- 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed gingerbread cookies and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Form small balls from the chilled mixture.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle crushed walnuts on top before chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until firm.
