Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
  4. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
  7. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, then turn them over.
  8. Brush more garlic butter on the lobster and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
