Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate.
- Return the chocolate-dipped balls to the baking sheet.
- Chill again until the chocolate sets.
