  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before decorating.
  9. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, egg whites, and lemon juice for icing.
  10. Divide icing and color with food coloring.
  11. Decorate cookies as desired.
