Delicious lobster burgers made with fresh lobster meat.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh lobster meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Leafy lettuce for serving
- Sliced tomatoes for serving
Instructions
- Chop the lobster meat into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato.
