Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Leafy lettuce for serving
  • Sliced tomatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Chop the lobster meat into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato.
