A healthier version of the classic buckeye candy, made with natural ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the sheet.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
