Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add rolled oats and combine well.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat.
  6. Dip each ball into the chocolate, covering it completely.
  7. Return to the baking sheet and freeze until the chocolate is set.
