Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the lobster bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
