A refreshing herbal tea recipe that you can easily prepare at home.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon dried chamomile
- 1 tablespoon dried peppermint
- 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm
- 1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add dried chamomile, peppermint, and lemon balm to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey if desired and stir well.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for a stronger flavor.
- Adjust the amount of honey to your taste.
- This tea can be served iced as well.
