Description
Delicious Hershey’s thumbprint cookies filled with chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Hershey’s chocolate kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each cookie using your thumb.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately place a Hershey’s kiss in the center of each cookie.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can use other types of chocolate for filling.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes for easier handling.
