Delicious holiday thumbprint cookies filled with jam.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Make an indentation in the center of each ball with your thumb.
  7. Fill each indentation with jam.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cookies are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
