Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into cupcake liners.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate.
  7. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from liners and enjoy.
