Ingredients

- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions
- Place roasted peanuts in a food processor.
- Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add honey or maple syrup and salt if desired.
- Process again until fully combined.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For crunchy peanut butter, add chopped peanuts at the end.
- You can adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Stir before each use if oil separates.
