Instructions
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and softened butter.
- Add peppermint extract and mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small discs.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each disc into the melted chocolate.
- Place on wax paper to set.
