- 2 pounds Alaskan crab legs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the crab legs in a large baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the crab legs.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
