Delicious langostino lobster rolls served in a buttery bun.
Ingredients

- 1 lb langostino lobster meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine langostino lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, and green onions.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Toast the hot dog buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Fill each bun with the langostino mixture.
- Serve immediately.
