Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
